On April 12, 2023, Yoummah took part in the Sandwich & Snack Show to present its new-generation fast-food concept.
Among some fifty projects born in 2022-2023, we were awarded the Concept of the Year prize as part of the Grands Prix Snacking.

Chef Hamdi Brahmia was also presented with the Coup de Cœur prize at the end of the first edition of the Challenge Végétal organized in partnership with La Vie™ Foods.
